Payments must be made in GPB, UK Pounds.
Payments
Payments can be made in the following methods:
1. Cheque (UK only)
2. Postal Order (UK Only)
3. Pay Pal
4. Credit/Debit card via a secure online payment system. We do NOT accept
Electron.
Cheque Orders:
In order to pay by cheque, add items to your cart as usual and then when ready,
go to the shopping cart. Choose "Pay by cheque" option instead of going to
the checkout. This will then produce an order form with items and postage
totalled for you. Then print this, fill in your delivery details and
include a cheque for the total. Please note we request your email address
for purposes of contacting you regarding any delays in delivery. Make the
cheques out to "XXX" and send to the address (below).
When paying by cheque your
order will be sent to you once your cheque clears subject to availability of
item.
In some cases items must be made to order or shipped in from overseas, in these
cases an email will be sent to you to notify you of when your item should be
sent to you. Our general policy is that you should receive your item within 2
weeks of purchasing subject to availability.
Postage and Package:
All our items are checked for faults prior to sending and wrapped in layers of
bubble wrap to ensure the highest quality of Item and your personal
satisfaction.
In the unlikely event of an item being damaged please see our returns policy.
Our method of postage is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery; this enables us to
track the progress of your order. As items can vary greatly in weight and
dimensions, postage will be assigned per item. This will be displayed in a running total displayed in your shopping cart
prior to checkout.
Overseas Shipping:
Overseas shipping will be through Royal Mail Airsure Airmail. This is a secure
service that is fully tracked in the UK and abroad. An extra charge of £XX
will be added at checkout for this service.
Payment for overseas order
should be made either via credit/debit cards or with Paypal only. We do not
accept cheques or postal orders from outside the UK!
Please note:
LiraBraeden.co.uk is not responsible for or liable for any taxes or duties that
may be applicable on International orders.
Returns:
We will refund money if
1. An item is broken by the delivery process
2. You no longer wish to purchase an item and it has not yet been processed or
sent.
3. An item does not meet your requirements
4. An item is defective and still within the 6 months warranty (taking into
consideration suitable wear and tear from use)
Please send us an email to
inform us of the problem and send the item back (if applicable) within 7 days of purchase. Once
we have received it we will refund your money. We do NOT refund the return
postage unless we have sent you the wrong item.

Outstanding Orders:
Any cheque order that does not arrive within 4 days of purchase will be
cancelled. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Guarantee
All of our Items come with a standard 6-month guarantee, subject to fair wear
and tear of Item. We check Contact Lenses thoroughly before sending, thus we
cannot refund or exchange open packs or split and torn lenses as this is usually
the result of poor care by the user. Lenses should not be returned to us but to
the manufacturer.
